How is the order delivered?

In Ukraine, orders are delivered from the city of Lviv by the carrier Nova Poshta. The cost of delivery within Ukraine is determined by the carrier and is paid upon receipt of the order. You can also prepay for delivery by enabling the appropriate option when placing an order. Delivery abroad is carried out by the Meest Express carrier, delivery times are calculated individually depending on the recipient’s country, on average from 10 to 30 working days.

How soon will I receive my order?

Due to the lack of a stable work schedule of Nova Poshta branches and the situation in the country, sending the order may take longer than usual, up to 5 working days. Shipments are made on business days from Monday to Friday. You can get more information about working departments, calculate delivery times and track the progress of your order by invoice number on the official website of Nova Poshta.

How to pay?

Payment for the order is made online using the Way4Pay payment system. Follow the instructions and prompts of the payment system to make the payment. If you have difficulties with payment, check your card’s Internet limit settings, consult your bank’s support.
